Safe Chain Settles Unsafe Med Case

On February 19 Safe Chain Solutions, LLC agreed to forfeit $2.7 million to settle a lawsuit with Gilead Sciences over the alleged distribution of secondhand HIV medicines to licensed U.S. pharmacies.
